At DIAMÁNTI, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Stocked Items:
  Only stocked items are eligible for return.
• Non-Stock & Custom Orders:
  All non-stock and custom orders are considered made-to-order and non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Earrings:
  For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Conditions

• Return Window:
  Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Item Condition:
  Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
