Eligibility & Conditions

• Only stocked items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Non-stock, custom orders, and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
• You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you want to cancel, and then return the item within 14 days of notification.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on stocked items and should use Royal Mail Tracked or similar.
• For faulty or damaged items, DIAMÁNTI covers return shipping and provides prepaid labels.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Report faults as soon as possible, with proof such as photos.
• We will repair or replace faulty items unless proven not faulty at purchase.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• No restocking or shipping fees are deducted.
