Delivery Timeframes & Order Processing

• Delivery for non-stocked or custom items may take up to 6 weeks, depending on production schedules.
• Delivery for in-stock items may take up to 1 week.

Product Availability & Reservations

• Check item availability on the product page under “Stock Details.”
• Contact us to confirm availability or reserve an item before checking out. Reserved items are held until the end of the business day; if no order is placed, the item returns to general stock.

Shipping Areas, Costs & Methods

• We deliver within the UK where Royal Mail or alternatives provide reliable, reasonably priced service.
• Delivery is free on all orders.
• We use Royal Mail Tracked or alternative couriers if Royal Mail is unavailable.
• Deliveries require a signature, and you will receive a tracking number.

Delays & Delivery Issues

• While we aim to meet delivery times, delays may occur. We notify you of any unreasonable delays.
• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report damages or incorrect items immediately for tracking and resolution.
