At DIAMÁNTI, we are committed to providing efficient and transparent delivery services. Please review the following guidelines regarding order processing and delivery timelines:

 

Delivery Timeframes

• Non-Stocked & Custom Items:
  Delivery for non-stocked or custom-items may take up to 6 weeks, depending on production schedules.
• Stocked Items:
  Delivery for in-stock items may take up to 1 week.

Product Availability & Reservations

• Checking Stock:
  You can check the availability of an item directly on the product page under the “Stock Details” tab.
• Order Confirmation:
  If you would like further confirmation or assistance, feel free to reach out. We can verify availability and reserve the item for you.
• Reserve and Hold:
  Reserved items will be held until the end of the business day. If no order is placed by that time, the item will be returned to general stock.
